Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at returns@kulturandco.com. Please note that the return address will be provided by our customer service team based on the nearest warehouse to your location. Do not send your purchase back to the original address without contacting us first.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping address and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong size or a defective item, we will fully refund or offer a replacement.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will address the issue promptly.
Please note that you'll need to add a photo of the product to demonstrate the issue you're experiencing. Once we receive your return request and verify the issue, we'll process your return promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Important Notes
- Size Selection: Refunds will not be issued for items ordered in the wrong size if the size selected does not correspond to the size chart provided. Please review the size chart carefully before making your purchase.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returns. These costs are non-refundable.

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the one you have and place a new order for the correct item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging—with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
