International Shipping? How much does it cost?
At Kultur and Co, we're thrilled to offer international shipping to over 150 countries, including Canada, Europe, the United States, Australia, Brazil, Mexico, and GCC countries. The best part? Our international shipping is absolutely FREE, and we've got your back when it comes to taxes and duties.
However, we do want to be upfront about recent changes in international shipping rates. While most of our products ship for free, there might be a small shipping fee for orders heading to Canada and Europe. And don't worry, our shop's currency is in USD for your convenience.
2. Delivery Time
Once you've placed your order, we'll work our magic in 1-3 business days to get it ready for you. The shipping times, of course, depend on where you're located and the availability of the items in our warehouses. We're dedicated to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 weeks. Here's an overview of the estimated delivery times:

- Europe: 6-15 business days*
- Canada & Australia: 6-18 business days*

3. Where Does it Ship From?
We've teamed up with various warehouses around the globe to ensure speedy and efficient shipping. When you make a purchase, we'll ship from the warehouse nearest to your location where the item is available. Occasionally, if the item isn't in the closest warehouse, we'll send it straight from our main warehouse in China. This way, we're always striving to provide you with the best shipping experience and ensure you receive your order pronto.
4. Late Deliveries
Rest easy – all our orders come with full tracking, so you're always in the know. If, for some reason, your order is delayed or seems to have gone on a little adventure, just drop us a line at hello@kulturandco.com. We'll jump right in to investigate the issue and make things right. In those super rare instances where your order doesn't show up within 2 months of your purchase date, we've got a guarantee in place to either reship your order or give you a full refund.
